EXHIBITOR PORTAL
The Exhibitor Portal serves as your official exhibitor manual and central preparation platform for VIV Asia.
Through the portal you can:
- Access the Webshop to order additional services such as furniture, audiovisual equipment and electricity
- Use the VISIT Connect application to personalize exhibitor badges and invite customers to your booth
- Review stand construction guidelines, submission requirements and technical regulations
- Add and authorize colleagues or stand contractors to manage specific preparation tasks

STAND CONSTRUCTION
STAND CONSTRUCTION
All stand designs must comply with the official VIV Asia technical regulations. The complete guidelines are available in the document below.
Stand design plans must be submitted for approval no later than 19 January 2025. We strongly recommend sharing the regulations with your stand builder to ensure full compliance and avoid delays or redesign costs.
For your convenience, we provided a list of recommended stand builders. You are, however, free to appoint your own contractor.

- March 09: 08:00-22:00
- March 10: 08:00-22:00
- March 11: 08:00-18:00
Move out/dismantling:
- March 14: 18:00-24:00
- March 15: 08:00-24:00

EXHIBITOR & CONSTRUCTION BADGES
Personalized exhibitor badges can be ordered free of charge via the Exhibitor Service Portal. Badges may be collected individually or as a group at the Exhibitor Registration Counter in the IMPACT lobby.
Exhibitor Registration Opening Hours
- 10 March: 12:00 – 17:00
- 11 March: 09:00 – 17:00
- During show days: open throughout exhibition hours
Construction and dismantling wristbands must be collected at the Security Counter at the loading bay, located at the rear of Challenger Hall 2.
Security Counter Opening Hours
- 8–11 March: 08:00 – 18:00
Please note that there is no pre-registration system for contractors.

To support the safe and efficient transport of your exhibition materials, VIV Asia recommends experienced freight forwarders familiar with international shipping procedures and on-site handling at IMPACT. VNU Exhibitions Europe and VIV Asia do not receive any commission, referral fee or financial compensation from the listed partners. The recommendations are provided solely to assist exhibitors in selecting reliable service providers and securing competitive pricing.
